How Much Are Sessions

Individual therapy sessions are $125.00/50 minutes.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

I have sliding scale options available and offer reduced fees that are determined by your individual financial situation.

Do you Accept Insurance?

No, I am considered an out of network provider. I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement through your out of network benefits.

What payments do you accept?

I accept cash, debit, credit, HSA, and FSA.

What if we are not the right fit?

This happens and that’s okay! Therapy is for YOU! We know from research that the therapeutic alliance between counselor and client is the biggest indicator of change. If I am not the best fit for you, I will try to help you find someone that is. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of whether I can be of support to you.
